About Austin Urban Post is a public service media organization that delivers general news to the public. Our organization was created with the awareness that every voice matters. Our mission is to provide free content that covers distinct localities in and around the Austin-Travis county and national news. We aim to create conversation that will inspire growth within local communities. Internships Austin Urban Post is currently accepting submissions for Editorial, Social Media and Marketing interns for the Spring 2025 semester. Our internships are unpaid; hours flexible; school credit available upon request. Internships on our team provide upcoming journalists with immersive, proactive experience.
